Once agreed, we commit to buying your property and this price is guaranteed. Contracts can be exchanged and completed quickly and without the delays usually associated with property sales.
The offer is a fair reflection of the cost and risk involved and crucially it gives quick access to the cash to fund care without the ongoing cost, hassle and uncertainty of selling in the current conditions.
The service is not a bridging loan, equity release or sale management service. We agree to purchase the house outright and you vacate the property.
All the equity can be released from the property and it is no longer your liability. Responsibility for the marketing, sale, funding, maintenance, security, and insurance is taken on by Funding for Care.
